They vote and then after the polls close the precencts caucas and vote again. One can carry this forward to their national convention where..one could possible..vote again! In one location...an Obama follower got into it with a Clinton devotee and the law had to break up the fight! Egads! The DNC did not let any votes count in Florida or Michigan because they changed their primary dates and the DNC did not approve. Now, Hillary wants their votes to count! I think allowing crossover and strategy votes in primaries is a major perversion of the intention of voting.
