I don't think so. You have to revise your looks. In general your blog is good, but sometimes your posts are creepy.

Well, I do hope we can influence--if we do--from a point of moral/ethical decency and not by threats, guns, refusing to talk with those who differ from us, etc.

I consider the possibility of not being born American and I shudder at the thought. I had no choice of where I was to be born, but the blessings of this life has been very abundant for me and my family. I could not have picked a better place to build a life.
Believe me when I say, that there are things that need fixing in this country, but it remains the greatest place on the planet, in my opinion.
Our fates are all intertwined and the upcoming elections are critical to our existence in a troubled world.
This country has been through much worse situations and has survived.
Whomever becomes the elected in the leadership positions, we will still be an influencing world power.

Without sounding like I need psychological help, this span of time is not the very best in my life, although I am sincerely grateful for what I have..which is my health. I am a type 2 diabetic and that shadow is always nearby as to how that quiet killer can sneak its way into hard reality.
On a more positive front..my life is a spectacular avalanche of blessings. I have built and now live in the country dream house that my wife Betty Sue and I have always wanted. My three sons are successful in their careers and my four grandchildren are exceptional.
What more could I want or need..?
In a nutshell, I suppose that my only regret is that I no longer harbor career goals, and I miss that part of life...but not TOO much! ;o)

Having just celebrated my 69 years on this planet, I am feeling my age.
I find that I get very emotional over my grandkids and cherish what little time I get to spend with my three married sons.
I can't wait for warm Spring weather and getting outside chores done in the garden, mowing, working in the peach orchsrd and camping in Colorado in June.
