I guess fear of being vulnerable to blame for the next terrorist attack is a new third rail in our politics. But you’re right. Shame on them all. And yes, let’s impeach Bush

If only. If only. And isn’t it interesting, as you suggest, that blame is more haunting to our leaders than is the actual attack. Carl Rogers might like to get hold of that.
